Fischer | Konrad advised the shareholders of Carefull Colours Kosmetik Produktions GmbH on the sale of a majority stake to Oxygen Development LLC. The transaction was run as a structured process with strategic investors and family offices. Closing took place in September 2015.
Key seller requirements were to secure the Fuhrberg site and preserve all 130 jobs – both were achieved as part of the transaction.
