Business valuation and company sales from Münster

Fischer | Konrad is an owner-managed advisory boutique in Münster. Since 2011 we have advised on valuations and on the sale of mid-market businesses – every mandate is led personally by the partner, supported over the long term, and run with discretion.

Focus

What we do.

Fischer | Konrad focuses on business valuation, business sale and M&A advisory and Financial Modeling and CFO services. Our work ranges from individual valuation reports, workshops and financial due-diligence mandates to fully advised end-to-end M&A processes and long-term support in financial controlling.

Every mandate is led personally by the partner, from the first conversation to closing. In adjacent areas – tax, law, audit, restructuring – we co-ordinate with an established network of advisors of comparable standing. Where the client brings in their own advisors, we work alongside them.

Clients can expect of us methodological depth, personal accountability from the first conversation through to closing, loyalty, honesty and personal advice.
