A team led by Dr. Paul Markus Konrad acted as sole advisor to the shareholders of Grothaus Pendeltüren GmbH & Co. KG on the sale of 100% of their shares to the Hörmann Group. Closing took place in August 2022. The founders continue in active roles in sales and product development. The partnership with Hörmann enables further growth in Germany and internationally. The terms of the transaction are confidential.
