A team of consultants led by Dr. Paul Markus Konrad advised the shareholders of Hans Joachim Dill Papiere-Pappen-Packmittel GmbH exclusively on the sale of 100% of the shares as well as the privately owned company property. In the sales process structured by Fischer | Konrad, the Knüppel Group prevailed as buyer. The closing took place in the 2nd quarter of 2017.
